Washington DC Area Locations
Gamewatches are a cornerstone of any good Iowa Club and ours have grown over the years. Check out all the places to catch games this season throughout the DC area and Baltimore.
The Capital Area Iowa Club gamewatches have been held at the Crystal City Sports Pub for over 19 years. The Pub has a small free parking lot across the street, but once that fills up, parking is mostly on-street and metered. Fortunately, the Pub is also conveniently located near the Crystal City Metro Station. This is an all ages location as well! CCSP has so many TVs you can keep track of different games while cheering on the Hawks! They'll have food and drink specials for our group as well.
We are excited to have Mission Navy Yard is our DC home for gamewatches. Located across the street from Nationals Stadium, this new location is in the heart of new DC. Mission Navy Yard is located at 1221 Van Street SE, at the corners of South Capitol, N and Van Streets. The closest metro stop is Navy Yard/Nats Park, which is two blocks away. Several paid lots and street parking are nearby but parking can be more challenging if there are events at Nationals Park or Audi Field. For more information, visit www.MissionNavyYard.com. This is an all ages location as well! Mission is a great Mexican inspired restaurant and they definitely know how to have a good time as the sun disappears. Definitely look to have a great time in a fun area of DC.
Our newest location to help cheer on the Hawks is Cleveland Park Bar & Grill. This great sports bar will host us on their rooftop with all their amazing TVs. They'll have some amazing food and drink specials for us as well. Parking is limited on the street so we recommend taking the metro to the Cleveland Park Metro station on the Red Line. This is an all ages location so bring the family!
Lost and Found, owned by fellow Iowan ex-pats, is our official happy hour location. Along with the great selection of brews on tap, L&F likes to focus on Iowa breweries as well. Join us for one of our many happy hours right next to the Convention Center in the historic Shaw neighborhood. (Note: L&F is not a gamewatch bar and will not show Iowa games.) This is a 21 and over establishment.
All gamewatch locations are open to EVERYONE! That means members, non-members, alumni, non-alumni, friends and even Iowa State fans!

Our sister Iowa Club are the Charm City Hawkeyes out of Baltimore. Check out their newest location Barfly's in Baltimore. Enjoy their amazing pizza, sandwiches and salads along with a full selection of drinks and spirits. There's street parking and a shopping center 3 blocks away with even more parking.
