Official Documents and Meeting Notes
The Capital Area Iowa Club is an official non-profit and classified as a 501c7 registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This allows to achieve non-profit status but we cannot provide tax deductions for donations. We can work with the UIAA, which is a 501c3, if there needs to be a tax deduction made. Below are our official Articles of Incorporation and By-laws. We'll also post our board meeting agendas for public record.
